Cordell ” Coach CJ” Bostic
The Director, Coach and Trainer of Dream team Academy. With over 10 years of experience in coaching & training student athletes to realize their greatest performance levels in the game of basketball. Adept in guiding players to foster their competitiveness as well as IQ, helping them acquire beneficial transferable game skills.
Coach CJ has been Head JV Coach, and Assistant Varsity Coach at Plant City High. As well as establishing a feeder program from middle schools Marshall, Tomlin, & Turkey Creek. Experienced in helping players learn powerful techniques in breathing and meditation to improve their focus and maximize performance and endurance. Coach CJ has a powerful coaching style with a commitment to the fundamentals of of basketball and hopes to continue for many years throughout the Plant City Area

Coach CJ and His wife Coach Sae has worked to create a safe place for the children of Plant City and surrounding areas to train in a professional enviroment which allows us to customize a training program for each of our individual clients unique needs.Â
TAILORED, ON-COURT BASKETBALL TRAINING
1 on 1 TRAINING
Through our one-hour one on one training sessions, specifically tailored to the individual, players can expect to improve offensively and defensively. Improve Strength and conditioning and most importantly confidence and knowledge of the game.
GROUP TRAINING
Cover the fundamentals of basketball, attacking moves, combo moves, advanced ball handling, and shooting with our group skills training sessions. Train with a trainer who customizes and pays attention to the individual needs of the athletes each session. In this fun and encouraging group environment that takes the pressure off, your athlete is sure to unlock their unlimited potential.
Groups are broken into by skill level during the session. Space is limited and sessions do fill up quickly.

Shooting Session
Hone the perfect shot with our Dream Team shooting sessions. These 60 minute sessions teach athletes the ins and outs of what it takes to be a consistent shooter. Through different drills, and an encouraging environment the Dream Team coaches build, players get the repetition of shooting they need to up their basketball game. They will learn how to make a basket under pressure so your player will find their confidence to take on any situation in basketball.
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FOCUS
Dream Team Basketball Academy, Coach Cjs focus on the physical aspect of basketball and the importance of broadening one’s IQ and other often overlooked mental aspects of the game. Driven by player improvement, increasing player confidence, and witnessing players crush their goals, Coach CJ loves to play a part of each individual’s journey, helping them exceed personal expectations in growing as players and people.Â
